Privacy

The short version: this site doesn’t track you, and I only use your information to help you.

This website

• No cookies, no ads, no tracking scripts, no analytics that follow you around.
• If you switch the site to dark or light mode, that choice is saved in your own browser so it sticks. It never leaves your device.
• The request form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam bots. Cloudflare may process technical information about your browser to do that.

When you send a request

• Your request is emailed to me so I can reply. It isn’t sold, shared, or added to any marketing list.
• I only use your name, phone, and email to get back to you about your request.
• Your address is only needed once we confirm a visit.
• If you pick a time, your name, town, contact details, and a short description go onto my private Google Calendar as a penciled-in appointment. It’s only used to schedule your visit.

When I work on your devices

• I don’t keep copies of your files or photos. If a backup is needed during a repair, I ask first and delete my copy when we’re done.
• I don’t store your passwords. I’ll help you set them, and you keep them.
• Remote sessions only happen when you start them, and the connection is removed afterward.
