How it works

  1. Send a request. Tell me what's going on and when works for you. Takes two minutes.
  2. I get back to you. I reply to every request within one evening. We pick a time and confirm the price.
  3. I fix it. At your home or remotely, whichever makes more sense. You can watch and ask questions.
  4. You get a summary. A short written note of what I did and how to avoid it next time.
